The Process
Unhurried, by design.
How a conversation becomes a piece you'll wear for years.
01 — SHARE INSPIRATION
Send us anything that speaks to you on WhatsApp — a Pinterest board, screenshots from Instagram, a celebrity outfit, a sketch you made on the back of a napkin, a photo of your mother's saree. There is no form. No login. No "tell us about your style" questionnaire. Just send what you love, in whatever language feels natural, and we'll begin from there.
Most clients send a Pinterest board. Some send a single photo. Some send a voice note explaining the occasion. All are equally welcome.
02 — BOOK A CURATION SESSION
Pallavi reads your message personally — usually within a few hours — and proposes a time to speak properly. Most sessions happen over video. If you are in Mumbai and would like to visit, you are welcome to.
The session is one hour. There is no agenda beyond yours. We may show you pieces from our handpicked collection, suggest fabric or design directions, talk through your occasion and timeline. There is no charge for this conversation. There is no obligation to commission anything afterward.
03 — MEET THE TEAM
If you choose to move forward, your project is given to a small team — Pallavi, the karigar or master tailor most suited to your piece, and, where relevant, a partner atelier or designer collaborator. Depending on what you've asked for, one of three things happens:
- Ready pieces are reserved for you on the call and dispatched within 48 hours.
- Designer blouses are stitched to your measurements in 48 hours and couriered.
- Custom designs move to sketching and fabric-sample stages, shared on WhatsApp. Stitching begins only after you approve.
04 — DELIVERED
Everything ships from Mumbai. India delivery is generally within 2–4 working days for ready and blouse-stitch pieces; custom pieces take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. International shipping is via DHL or FedEx with full tracking — typically 4–7 working days door to door.
No part of this process is automated. You are speaking to people, working with people, receiving something made by people. That is the entire point.
