You book a private one-hour video call with our team. We open The Sovia's handpicked collection in front of you — sarees, lehengas, anarkalis, indo-westerns. You ask us to bring things closer, drape on the model, show details and embroidery. When you find what's right, you reserve it on the call and we deliver to your door.

Send a reference photo on WhatsApp. Share your measurements in a quick chat. Our karigars hand-stitch the blouse to your exact specifications and we courier it anywhere in India within 48 hours.

How does the Custom Design Studio work?

Share Pinterest boards, Instagram screenshots, celebrity references, sketches, or a photo of your mother's old saree. Pallavi and our karigars, master tailors and partner ateliers create a one-of-one piece designed around your taste. Sketches and fabric samples are shared on WhatsApp. Stitching begins only after you approve. Timeline is 3 to 6 weeks.

How much does it cost?

Each piece is priced individually based on fabric, work, and customization. We share pricing transparently within your WhatsApp conversation, alongside the curation itself. No surprise fees.

How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, and international card payment via secure invoice. For custom pieces, an advance is taken before stitching begins; the balance is due before shipping.

Do you offer EMI or installments?

For pieces above ₹1,00,000 we are happy to discuss payment in two or three parts. Mention this in your conversation and we will work it out personally.

Yes. We serve clients across the UK, the US, the UAE, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Australia. NRI weddings and occasions are a meaningful part of our work.

Ready pieces and 48-hour blouses arrive within 2–4 working days in India. Custom pieces take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. International shipping is 4–7 working days via DHL or FedEx.

Ready pieces can be returned within 7 days of receipt if unworn and with tags. Custom pieces and made-to-measure blouses are not returnable, as they are made specifically for you, but we offer free alterations within 30 days of delivery if anything needs adjusting.
